Thank you to all of the parents, students, teachers and community members who volunteered at Chatham PTA thrift stores during the 2024-2025 school year. You helped us raise thousands of dollars in support of our students!

 

Get Involved

Over 90% percent of our general funds come from volunteers working at Chatham PTA Thrift Stores.

Our PTA host work nights during the week and weekends at the Pittsboro and Siler City locations. Tasks are easy, and usually include straightening and organizing items and cleaning the store. Students, parents, family and community members are encouraged to volunteer.

If a scheduled work night is not convenient for you, feel free to stop by any of the PTA Thrift Shop locations (Siler City, Pittsboro, and Cole Park) and ask a manager about other PTA-sponsored work nights you can attend. Be sure to record your volunteer hours in the CEC binder at each store, and snap a photo for your records.
